I know that I have an account, but I cannot access it. What do I do?

If you know that you have an account but are unable to log into it, there are several possible reasons why. Here are some of them.

  • The account may have been created using a different email address.
  • You may not be using the correct password.
  • There may have been a typo when the account was originally created.

If you are not able to gain access by attempting to remedy the above issues, please have your group leader call Forest Home for assistance.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

I filled out the required forms so why does my registration still say they are missing?

Often the completion of forms needs to be checked off manually by our staff so it may not show up immediately after you have completed them. Please be sure to fill all forms out completely and Student Ministries will reach out to you if you are missing anything. Please watch for emails regarding this and other important camp information.

Is there financial assistance available?

Yes, there are Trinity scholarships this year. After registering, submit a scholarship application and you will be contacted when decisions are made for requests. Students must be registered for camp and have all forms filled out BEFORE requesting a scholarship. Scholarships must be requested no later than May 1. We never want finances to keep students from going to camp so please reach out and talk to us if you want to discuss your specific situation. Scholarships may still be available after the  deadline and application can still be submitted.

How do I make payments and when is $ due?

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration. The remaining balance is due May 22. To spread out the cost, partial payments can be made to your account.

You can make payments by logging into your registration or by calling the church office to pay by credit card over the phone. Cash and checks can be turned in at the front office. Reminder emails will be sent out occasionally which will have a link that you can use to pay online.

How are the students getting to and from camp?

Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their students at Forest Home. There will not be a bus this year.

When is drop off and pick up?

Drop off: Saturday, June 7, 3:00 pm at Forest Home (exact location will be emailed before camp)

Pick up: Thursday, June 12, 11:00 am at Forest Home

Can my student bring their phone (or other electronic devices) to camp?

CELL PHONES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT CAMP. The Student Ministries has adopted a strict No Cell Phone policy for camp in order to provide a safe and distraction-free camp experience for the students. If a student brings a cell phone to camp, the parents will be contacted and they will need to come pick up their student. No refunds will be given. If any student needs to contact their parent, Jerrod will make his phone available for that purpose. In case of an emergency, parents can call Forest Home directly at 909-389-2300.
Thank you for understanding.

What should my student(s) pack?

A packing list will be sent out as we get closer to camp when they send us the list for our specific camp. Forest Home’s website has general packing information. Remember to label all items with your student’s name.

How do I get updates about camp once I’ve registered?

Check your emails often, especially in the weeks leading up to camp as it gets closer to when camp starts. Also check your spam folder if you haven’t heard anything. When registering, make sure your email address is correct. You can also contact student ministries with any questions at Student Ministries or call 909-335-7333.

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a refund (minus the $100 deposit), you must cancel by May 22. If you cancel after this date, you will not receive a refund.

Does my student need to bring spending money?

Forest Home is cashless and will only accept credit/debit cards or Forest Home eGift Cards.

Get more information and purchase Forest Home eGift Cards Here

Your student should have spending money available if they plan to buy anything at the snack bar or purchase any souvenirs, etc. All main activities are covered by the registration fee but there are a few extra activities that may require an additional cost (laser tag, craft cabin).

.

Does the camp accommodate dietary needs?

Forest Home recognizes there may be dietary needs and allergy requirements. The kitchens do not serve or store any products with nuts. If you have a specific dietary requirement or restriction, contact the Guest Dining department with your specifications (including peanut allergies) one week prior to stay at 909-389-2271.

What do I need to do if my student is bringing medication (including over-the counter medicine)?

If your student is bringing any medicine to camp (including over the counter medications), read the following instructions: Forest Home’s Medication Policy. These instructions must be followed exactly. Put the medicine in a Ziploc bag with the student’s name written on the bag. Print out the Medication Postcard, fill it out and place in the bag. An Action Plan (completed by your doctor) is required for anyone with diabetes or with a severe allergy that requires an Epi pen. See the forms section of the Forest Home website for action plan forms/instructions.
