In 2 Corinthians we are challenged to view the Christian life through the lens of weakness rather than human strength, inability instead of proficiency, and insufficiency rather than personal surplus. This is so we feel the need of God and His supernatural power, Grace, and help, which can supercharge our daily actions and highlight God’s greatness- rather than our own. As the apostle Paul put it in 2 Corinthians 12:9 “But He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness!' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses so the the power of Christ may rest upon me"
